Craptastic Four Review

Using the benefits of owning a orange mobile phone, I was able to watch The Fantastic Four on Wednesday.

To be honest, I went into the movie having no expectations of it blowing my mind away. Well, I was absolutely right, I left the cinema auditorium feeling thoroughly disappointed.

The acting was incredibly shanty, with most of the focus being on the special effects. Albeit that the effects were phenomenal, they did not rescue the shoddy storyline by Michael France and Mark Frost.

The jokes were primarily given to the lady's 'eyecandy' Chris Evans who played the role of Johnny Storm aka The Human Torch. Fair enough, in parts it was funny, but could the film have achieved more if it had been serious like Batman Begins for instance?

Jessica Alba's performance was almost as lack lustred as Mr Fantastic ( Ioan Gruffard).

All in all, I would not recommend this film to anyone above the age of 10. Watch it on TV when it makes an appearance on Channel 5!!
